Five skills guide each stage
Define the character, organize references, plan and generate studies, review, publish the file. One router skill picks the right one for where the work is.
One anchor, never a chain
Every generation starts from the same approved frontal image, chosen once and declared in the profile. Chaining one generation from the last is exactly what makes a character drift into someone else.
A closed atlas of 24 studies
Face, full body, expression, pose and wardrobe, in a fixed order that locks identity before anything narrative. Skipping a study is a logged decision, never a silent gap.
Review in five groups
Identity, anatomy, photography and environment, composition and delivery, provenance. Each asset is marked pass, fail or not applicable, with a written reason.
A validator that checks the whole package
One script checks the profile, the ten required fields of every manifest entry, the SHA-256 hash of every file against the real image, and refuses anything that looks like a credential.
The archive site and the reference poster
One command turns the approved manifest into a browsable site with light and dark theme. Another builds a single poster with profile, turnaround, face, expressions, poses and wardrobe.
